The location was great, the hotel was very charming, and the check‑in was quick and hassle‑free. However, the room was never cleaned, the coffee machine worked only one day, and the pillows were ugly and uncomfortable; they should invest more in linens.

The spot is great, just around the Walk of Fame, near Hollywood Vine station that takes you downtown and connects to many other stations to travel across California. The room was comfy and had everything you need to rest. The only hiccup was that when we checked in they asked for a deposit for potential damage and later promised to return it. We never had any damage and still wait for the refund, hoping they’ll bring back the deposit.
