Everything was perfect: the central location, nearby parking, the room and décor were beautiful, and the staff were ready to help. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold and I couldn’t activate the warning system.

The gentleman behind the desk was friendly and the phone support was quick, offering solutions for payment issues. However, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, the shower pressure was low, the breakfast area was noisy, the breakfast itself was poorly stocked, and the key‑pass glitch meant neither the stairs nor the lift led to the room.

The room was standard, though the location was surprisingly unconventional and off‑beat; it was simple and convenient, with clean linens and very friendly staff. I’d recommend it for a short layover, and the spot is great, just a short walk from the train station.
