We spent a fantastic time at B&B Pompei Inn Ruins! The owner was very accommodating, available, and responsive throughout our stay. The triple room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a small balcony. Ornella did the cleaning each day. A kitchen is also available, letting you make coffee or tea whenever you like. Breakfast is offered for a small extra fee, which is a nice touch. The value for money is unbeatable! Moreover, the archaeological site is just a 10‑minute walk away, which is very convenient. Several restaurants are also within a 10‑minute walk, so you can have lunch or even an afternoon meal there. Parking is a big plus, well secured. The owner kindly let us keep our car parked there even after check‑out, allowing us to explore the area more calmly—a truly appreciated gesture! We highly recommend this place for its comfort, cleanliness, services, and especially the owner’s welcoming and friendly attitude. A great address in Pompeii!

Location close to the ruins, train station, new town, and restaurants. The host was helpful, giving us information on attractions and travel, and assisted with taxis. Excellent facilities: fridge, kettle, snacks and drinks available if needed. The apartment was clean and well kept, with clean towels and a daily cleaner.

The location is perfect for the Pompeii ruins. We had an issue and had to shorten our stay from three nights to two. Initially, we could have changed the reservation, but later the request was denied (also via WhatsApp) because, of course, it changed the total amount to be paid. The hosts said they had no other option because of something that is clearly not true. They even offered adjusting the local tax as a gesture of goodwill when they explained the bedroom to us. Honestly, it would have been better to simply say they did not want to refund the money. The bedrooms were fine, but calling this accommodation “luxury” or a “suite” is misleading; it is far from either. I don’t understand why those terms are in the title when they clearly do not reflect reality.
