Very central and very friendly staff.

The front desk service was spectacular – it felt like a real “reception” because we arrived later than scheduled. We loved the room’s décor and design, and the rooftop visa was unique! We’ll be back! The breakfast at the restaurant was quite “regular”; the other day we went to another place where the service was better and the prices matched what was consumed.

What I liked most was definitely the service from Patri, and the terrace is magnificent.

We didn’t know Conil before and were surprised how central and nice the hotel is on a small pretty alley. Patricia and her colleague welcomed us warmly and were available anytime, even via chat. Since we wanted to be on the move a lot, we booked a standard room and were glad it led to a small private patio with table and chairs because it’s on the ground floor. The view from the terrace with the pool area and bar overlooking the sea is great and the light after sunset is nice to admire from there. The only downside for us was the bartender. She seemed very dull, and every time the Spanish couple next to us got nuts or olives with each drink round – we never received anything. The cocktails were unfortunately not good and overpriced. The Mojito, for example, was too sweet and the Pornstar Martini was a joke: pre‑mixed without foam and a small orange slice for 11 euros. On top of that, the bartender invited private friends, only one of whom actually had a drink; the area in front of the bar was taken up spatially and acoustically by this group – typical Spanish – we happened to sit right there, found it uncomfortable, and didn’t visit the bar again for all the reasons mentioned.
