The central spot was great for city exploration, but parking was a hassle; we were pointed to a spot 10 minutes away. My wife woke up several times at night fearing rats in the room or walls, only to learn a chihuahua in the room above was the culprit, and the staff gave no further explanation or compensation.

I loved the location and the vibe of the place. The rooms were stunning, with frescoes and painted ceilings. The staff were friendly and helpful, but a lot of the electrical outlets in the room were dead, and the elevator was broken.

The building feels very traditional, with large rooms and good facilities. Its central position makes shops, restaurants, cafés and historic sites easily reachable, and I was very happy with the property. Everything was very acceptable… a lovely hotel.
