The ground floor design was bad; the outside was chaotic and crowded with cars, creating a dangerous trip hazard that nearly caused me to be hit by a bus.

The welcome was grand, the room was spacious, the buffet was good, and the toilet was automatic, but there were no footstools.

The hotel sits in a good area. The reception arranged a transfer for me, the staff were polite and proactive. The room on the 31st floor was gorgeous and had everything I needed. The bar on the 37th floor and the restaurant on the 6th floor were excellent. The manager was simply amazing, helping us with a late check‑out and arranging the return transfer. Overall, it’s a top‑tier hotel with great staff. I recommend it.
