The location was great, the owners were attentive and created a home‑like atmosphere, rooms were reasonably equipped, the balconies were charming, the area was peaceful, 10 min to the station, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs just a few steps away, rooms had a TV, mini‑fridge, private bathroom with towels, shower, and bidet. Finally, the hotel had good mattresses—no more sinking into holes from previous guests. The building had an elevator, breakfast was basic but sufficient. There was nothing negative; perhaps only a suggestion that glasses and a kettle would be useful in the rooms, though I would have received them if requested.

“Loved our time in Rimini”

Breakfast was fantastic, the hosts were lovely and helpful, and it was close to the beach with a pleasant walk to the city centre.

The hotel is right by the first line, just a 5‑7 minute walk to the beach, and the people who run it are very pleasant; my room was clean and fresh, and I felt safe staying alone there. I highly recommend it. Those who prefer high‑tech modern hotels might not enjoy the more “retro” design, but I personally liked it.

The location is great and the owners are very friendly; the breakfast is excellent and varied, and the little fridge in the room is a nice touch—just empty, ready for water, fruit, etc. Nothing else to complain about; it would have been perfect if bikes were available for rent.
