Accessing part of the park while it was closed made us feel privileged and alone with the animals; the next day the safari bus tour was great, and the staff were very friendly and genuinely tried to please us. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

There were a lot of ants in the room, and when I brought food it was full of ants the next morning, though that’s understandable being in the middle of a zoo; otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a fantastic adventure, the views from the WATU village were amazing, offering sights from every corner of the world, the service and warm welcome were incomparable to anything else, truly wonderful for reconnecting with nature, the staff helped at every step, and the price was not inflated for such attractions and comfort in the cabin; breakfast was basic but sufficient. Nothing.
