“Big hotel, Beautiful, clean with nice breakfast. Sadly no pool service”
Being close to SAW airport was convenient, but the shuttle didn’t pick us up from the airport, only dropped us back to SAW on the return. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was closed; when we asked, the staff said it was only October, the water was cold, and there was no thermostat to heat it. I had booked this place for the pool, so that was a big disappointment. The jacuzzi was only for men, so women couldn’t use it – another let‑down.
