The hotel is very carefully decorated, with great attention to detail. As a guest you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. I highly recommend it if you want to live like a noble from the past. Everything was good.

An exceptional stay at Castello di Casalborgone! This magnificent old Piedmontese castle, renovated with great taste while preserving its authenticity, offers an elegant and charming setting. The period décor, beautiful views, and peaceful atmosphere make it unique. The service is flawless: the whole team is welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. The culinary offerings are also remarkable, with refined cuisine that highlights Piedmontese flavors. An unforgettable experience we recommend without hesitation. We’ll return with great pleasure!

The site is beautiful, the grounds and views are stunning, and the interior décor, tableware and details are very attractive. I arrived around 19:00 specifically to have dinner at the hotel after hearing good things about the restaurant and then go to bed, but at check‑in I was told only one room remained and the guests had decided to eat in Turin, so the restaurant was closed that day. No one contacted me to explain, and after a three‑hour drive and a full day in the scorching sun the news was disappointing. The staff and I looked for cafés, most of which were already shut, and the nearest one was 40 minutes away, adding another 1.5 hours of travel; the café we found was mediocre and service was very slow, so I didn’t get back to the castle until 23:00. On top of that, the air‑conditioners were useless – the room stayed at 26.6 °C even with the unit on full blast, the night was miserable with a heavy, stale smell and I couldn’t sleep. The receptionist even tried to mislead me, pretending the AC wasn’t on maximum and that the temperature would soon drop.
