I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, especially one woman who was very kind. The overall vibe of the hotel felt comfortable enough to stay, but I was disappointed that smoking was allowed in the elevator, which made it smell unpleasant.

The bed and sheets were wonderful, and the bathroom was perfect. The motion sensor was a bit intrusive, turning on the floor light with any movement, even while sleeping; I had to block it with a high bag so it wouldn’t trigger all night.

The hotel is lovely, with a great location, room, free coffee machine at reception, and a washer‑dryer that’s clear and convenient, so you don’t have to run around for laundry supplies—everything is superb. The staff are the most important part: very polite, welcoming, and responsive, helping with any issue at any time with maximum involvement and efficiency, no matter whom you ask. I haven’t encountered such service elsewhere, so thank them a lot. The free Wi‑Fi is slow and unstable, likely due to the equipment struggling with the number of users. It would be nice to have a few hooks for towels near the shower, since there’s nowhere to hang them.

The hotel is new and modern, with electronic devices and full control in every room, and the renovation is beautiful and clean. I liked everything.
