“Top, top, top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

We absolutely loved our stay; it was a 10/10 overall. The room was excellent, the hotel gorgeous and fully equipped, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive – truly phenomenal! Every day we were treated to a 5‑course dinner that was consistently superb, and every dish tasted fantastic. The breakfast buffet also left no desire unmet. We had planned a longer mountain trek and requested a lunch package instead of breakfast; it was generous and thoughtfully prepared. Bottom line: top, top, top! We’ll definitely return. On the downside, a few extra spreads at breakfast, like hummus, would have been nice, and during the afternoon snack we’d have appreciated a hearty vegetarian option instead of the sausage salad. That said, it’s just a very high‑level complaint.

Prima ontbijt en top locatie. De verschillende liften 3 stuks met beperkte aanduidingen bij receptie is niveau 0 terwijl je van een andere lift dit -2 is. Zeer verwarrend maar na een dag of 2 heb je het wel door. Dus het is wel even tobben lift in lift uit enz

“Oster-Ski-Fahren mit Oma und Opa und Enkelin (5) - gerne wieder!”

The hotel and its annex were well equipped, with plenty of open space, a kids’ play paradise, a bar for adults, and a restaurant split into two areas. The rooms were well furnished, the bathrooms and toilets were excellent, and the food was high‑quality. The pool, sauna, and everything else were available. Beverage prices were reasonable for a hotel. Lohmann, the sports partner, was great, handling equipment pickup and everything else, plus a lunch package for early check‑outs and an excellent afternoon snack. The ski cellar was only 50 m from the slopes – a fantastic location. There were also free wine tastings, candied almonds, and Almdudler spritz. The staff were international but always friendly, attentive, courteous, and smiling after five months of season – thank you. The downside was the large number of children; more variety for kids at meals would have helped, although they could also order from the adult menu. I also wished the chefs and managers had offered a personal welcome and introduction, especially on Easter Monday’s champagne reception. People meet people and make the difference!

“Super Hotel!”

A fantastic hotel! The food was excellent, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms beautiful. The wellness area was great. We’ll definitely come back!
