“As long as Hector is here, we'll be back!”

Hector, the manager, was outstanding—he fixed my booking error and upgraded my room, gave us great excursion and restaurant tips, showed us the market, and booked a cheap trip to Espiritu Santo; he also let us check out late after our flight was moved and made sure we had everything we needed. Lucy in housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the other staff were very friendly. This place isn’t a 5‑star resort, but you won’t find a safer, more comfortable, spacious spot near the malecon in La Paz. The balcony offers great views and the hotel is close to everything. Parking is secure under the building with garage doors, not chains, and there’s an outdoor kitchen by the pool with a grill, fridge, etc. The only downside is that the rooms are dated, but for this type of hotel I’d still give it a 5/5.

The sea view and the room were nice, but maintenance had closed the pool, the heat was intense, and we were disappointed that the pool was under repair; nevertheless the manager and staff were very friendly.

“A relaxing stay with beautiful views and an amazingly helpful and kind staff.”

The property was clean, well kept, had amazing staff and beautiful views; the only complaint was that the condo we stayed in was a bit dated, but it was clean and well kept, so that wasn’t an issue.
