There are plenty of parking spots and, at least from the back, you can see the calming forest right outside the window; the bed is fairly comfortable. However, the communal kitchen appears to be cleaned regularly but still looks dirty and haphazardly put together; the exhaust fans are greasy and only partially work (the light?). There are only a limited number of dishes and pots, and you feel uneasy using them without scrubbing out the previous users' residue from the pot bottom. The Wi‑Fi connection keeps dropping, and the laundry room is noisy all the time (I couldn’t identify or turn off the source). Even the loud fan there is annoying and can be heard in the room at night.
