I’d highly recommend this place; Stefano and Franz were awesome hosts who communicated perfectly, gave us clear instructions, useful tips, and great restaurant ideas, and Franz stayed in touch all the way through. We could walk everywhere, and though the building looks a bit run‑down from the outside, the interior is modern and nice. The room was spacious, the shower big, and the value was good. The nearby coffee shop was a solid recommendation. The only downside was the tight door handle on the way to the toilet; we had to tap it a lot and ended up putting a towel on it to avoid bruises, but it was manageable.

The location is quiet, within walking distance of the city centre. The room is clean, well‑equipped, and the host offered good reception and communication. Free coffee in the room and two bottles of water were provided.
