I made the mistake of booking this place, paid for it, and when I arrived, I was told there was no reservation and no room available. The staff seemed completely uninterested and the owner didn't care either. I asked for a refund after I left, but they ignored me and claimed I had honored my reservation. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs – there's no management or professionalism here, and it's basically a scam.

This little gem is a hidden treasure. We were blown away by the cleanliness and the hot water - a luxury we didn't take for granted after staying in some other places on our trip. The breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were super accommodating, even letting us check out late. The property is a bit of a trek from Ella, but it's worth it for the peace and quiet, and the stunning sunrise views. Plus, there's a great restaurant just a minute's walk away, which was a lifesaver.

I'm not sure what's going on with this place, but it's like they're trying to attract some kind of wildlife. The room was clean, but there were ants and lizards everywhere. I even caught one of them taking a shower with me - it was pretty surreal. I guess it's a great spot for a reptile enthusiast, but not so much for me.

The hotel's location is pretty convenient, but the noise from the nearby highway can be a bit of a nuisance. On the other hand, the room itself was spotless and had a lovely view of the surrounding area. The staff were super friendly, especially Lakshitha, who went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a hassle-free stay, but just be aware of the traffic noise.

We had a pretty surreal experience at this place. The scenery and wildlife were absolutely stunning, and the young guy who checked us in was super friendly. However, the whole area felt eerily deserted, and we were the only guests during our stay. Everywhere was covered in dust and spider webs, and our dog's puppy had a nasty infection and a broken leg, which was a major concern. Maybe the owner had a good reason for this, but the place felt like a ghost town at the moment.
