The stone courtyards, originally built in 1400, now serve as a welcoming facility thanks to the initiative of the owner and his son, blending past and present and becoming a valuable meeting point between the family’s history and Valtellina traditions. The stone courtyards, cellars, typical old objects, and frescoes bring back a nostalgic, culturally rich past. The owner’s professionalism and availability, the cleanliness of the spaces, the refined rooms, and the excellent local, zero‑kilometer products offered at breakfast deserve praise. This forest lodge is highly recommended and I will definitely return.

This small hotel was a destination by itself. We were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the historical building of 14th century. It is so lovingly restored and so much preserved. It’s nothing to dislike. 21st century amenities in the 14th century building. Loved the place and the great owner/manager/host
