I spent two nights here and it was a let‑down. The 6:00 PM check‑in was too late; I had to wait on the street for five hours in the rain because no one could hold my luggage. Noise was a problem from the start: the restaurant was closed the first night and I went to bed around 10 PM, but at 11:30 AM the staff started moving equipment and talking loudly, keeping me awake. The second night the restaurant was quiet during business hours, yet the staff talked loudly again after closing. With zero sound insulation, the noise poured straight into my room, and I didn’t sleep until after midnight. Being alone and exhausted made the stay very uncomfortable. The location is not good, and the noise and lack of isolation are major issues.

The staff here are completely unprofessional. When I pointed out their mistake with the check-out time, they refused to listen and got defensive. The official room contract clearly states 11:00 AM, but they insisted on their own, incorrect time. It was really frustrating to deal with such a lack of accountability.

I was really happy with the cozy atmosphere of this place, and the room was spotless. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown - it was dirty, and I wish they had provided individual slippers instead of just a shared mat. The sink was also tiny, and water would splash out when I washed my face.

The hotel's location is perfect - it's in a quiet neighborhood in Kanazawa, close to all the main attractions. However, the check-in process after 6 PM was a bit of a hassle.
