No elevator, so the 4th‑floor room is reached by stairs, which isn’t ideal for seniors. There’s no parking, weak water pressure on the 4th floor, and a lack of cabinets and hangers for clothes.
“Terrible, no running water and dirty room.”
Nothing to like; it’s just a bed to sleep. I visited on 1 May 2026. A place to avoid: 1. The entire 4th floor had no running water. We called the reception girls who came to check and told us the pressure was low, but there was no solution, follow‑up, or help, so after a long day we couldn’t even shower. 2. The shower was filthy, with a bunch of hair on the floor, probably from the previous stay. 3. We asked for info about the whale shark activity, but barely any information was given. The room price is convenient, but running water should be a bare minimum. We stayed because it was already late at night and we had no time; otherwise we would have left immediately.
“I would not choose to stay there again it is not close to the main attractions”
I could see the ocean, but the place wasn’t very clean—ants were everywhere and there wasn’t enough soap, so it felt dirty.

The location is decent. The worst place I’ve been to in this country; they never respond to messages. From the moment I entered through their door, the owner kept trying to sell me unrelated items, and I had to insist three times that I just wanted to check in and go to my room. Each time I passed the door, she was more insistent, making it feel like a scam. They’re right by the sea, and when I asked about renting fins for snorkeling, she told me to go to another town for a good deal, even though she didn’t know any nearby spots. I ended up renting at the hotel next door. Breakfast was awful; I asked for non‑animal food, they said no, and they didn’t even have tea. I didn’t get the breakfast that was included in my reservation. The toilet is broken, so the floor is always wet, and they’re located between the sea and a party restaurant, so sleeping at night is tough. I usually don’t comment on bad experiences, but the owner’s attitude was so bad and inappropriate that I felt compelled to write this.
“Will I return ? . . . YES.”
The location was great and the price was excellent. The only downside was the early check‑in fee.
