The family hotel was excellent, very clean, warm, with good internet and the best view in Kazbegi. Thanks to Maria and her family for the warm welcome and attentive care ♥️ The mattresses were the best and it was completely quiet! We recommend it to everyone and will definitely return.

The view from the window was nice, but the lady at reception was very rude and told us the laundry service cost 2 GEL, only to discover it was actually 20 GEL, and she was quite impolite. She also didn’t speak any English, which made communicating a real hassle.

بصراحة الخاله الي موجوده بالاستقبال جدا جدا رائعه وبشوشة الله يحفظها تحببك بالمكان. حول المكان كثير تحفيرات بالشارع بس هم ما لهم علاقة
