The venue is very clean and comfortable, with staff that are super attentive and well presented. The breakfast is excellent, and the price is fully justified. The location is very good and the area is quiet.

The stay was excellent; the hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and cafés. The rooms are modern, spacious, and some even have a large area for relaxing or playing board games. The bathroom and room are very clean and in perfect condition, the bed is super comfortable, and the view of the volcano is spectacular. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast options are rich with generous portions. I would definitely return and highly recommend it. Nothing was lacking; everything was wonderful.

The room was wonderful, comfy bed, strong shower, beautiful view, great breakfast. Adrián was very welcoming and patient, explaining tours and dining options. I’d stay again if I return to the area. However, the room with a view of Arenal Volcano is pricier, and I think a discount is fair if the weather stays cloudy all the time. I didn’t see the volcano from my window on any of the three days.
