Overall the stay was good—comfortable bed, decent breakfast, and the hotel itself. It would be better if the restaurant menu were accessible.

Good location. The price almost doubled at check in . We were in town for a 3 day event and over a dozen people that stayed there said all their rates doubled. I did visit with the city commissioners and the chamber of commerce there . They have had several complaints as well. The staff was very rude when I inquired about it stating their rates go up on weekends. We won’t stay there again

The only thing my grandson and his friends liked was the pool; this was for his 12th birthday, and overall the experience was disappointing. There was no microwave in the room and the coffee pot was unusable because a part was missing. We used a Domino’s 25 % coupon, but our order first went to the casino; the front‑desk lady told me to pick it up there, and a security guard was extremely rude, saying it wasn’t my problem. When the pizza was finally made again, it was still delivered to the wrong floor, so my kids ate cold pizza. The hotel is separate from the casino, but guests who gamble shouldn’t be treated like that. The breakfast was awful; if you’re offering a full breakfast, include bacon or sausage links, not the kilabasa‑style sausage you served, and add biscuits and gravy, which kids love. The TV had very few channels, so the kids had nothing suitable to watch. This was my grandson’s birthday gift, and he was disappointed; we almost certainly won’t stay again.
