The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful; they couldn’t locate my reservation at first and never showed any courtesy, the rooms were dim and didn’t match the price at all, the lobby on the ground floor felt like a noisy, dirty gathering spot for strangers, so after booking two nights I left after the first and booked elsewhere.

The location is decent, only about a 10‑minute walk to the main shopping street, but the rooms have far too few power outlets—just one or two per room—and the electricity even cut out in the middle of the night, which is absurd.

My room was actually really good, but the guy at reception didn't speak any English, which made it tough to communicate with him. It was a bit of a struggle to get anything done.
