The location was good, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but the room felt dark and small, the bathroom was cramped, and there was no wardrobe.

The room was large, bright, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. However, until 3:00 am it was loud (bar on the 5th floor), making it impossible to sleep even though the room was on the 2nd floor, with music, singing, etc. being transmitted through the ventilation shaft.

The place was nice and clean, yet we could not sleep at night and were unable to get a new room, which is completely unacceptable. Continuous noise from the floor above made sleeping impossible. Never again Hans Egede.
