I had a wonderful stay at Nicha Residence! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were great, and the room looked exactly like the photos. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was excellent value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The facilities and room are quite simple, but everything was well kept and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! It was also nice that the hotel was close to the MRT for convenient travel, would highly recommend!

This place has its pros and cons. On the plus side, the location is fantastic – it's close to the MRT and far from the seedy parts of town. The staff is also super friendly and helpful, which makes up for some of the issues. However, the metal bed is a major letdown – it's not exactly designed for couples, as you can hear every move your partner makes. And don't even get me started on the outdoor bathrooms, which can get scorching hot during the day.

I had a disastrous night at this hotel. The bed was ridiculously short and felt like a torture rack, making it impossible to get a wink of sleep. To make matters worse, sunlight and noise from outside were seeping into the room, making it a nightmare. I'm still trying to figure out how they got away with such a subpar setup.

Despite a last-minute booking at midnight, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. However, the outdoor bathrooms in the balcony were a major turnoff – it's just plain embarrassing and inconvenient. I'm not sure how they expect guests to use those facilities without feeling like they're in a public space.
