The room was spotless and fully equipped, and the view from both rooms was amazing—especially from the upper one where you could hear the water lapping. The only downside was that the room was on a high floor, requiring 56 steps, but the view made it worth it, and you wouldn’t want to return for anything else.

There was no food option, but that wasn’t a problem because the location was excellent. I would have loved a rooftop area to sit outside.

The accommodation is super well located with an incredible sea view. It’s great for a short stay, super clean, and Francesco was very helpful.

The room was great, clean, and simple, and the location in Monopoli was perfect. Make sure to book a room on the upper floors for amazing views. The rooftop patio is wonderful, especially at night. The overall location is great with many nearby restaurants. Two excellent breakfast spots are Caffe Roma and Frizzcafe. You can walk from the train station, but if you have a lot of heavy luggage, you might want some transportation for at least part of the way. Any questions were always answered promptly. The upper stair area can be a bit dark at night; just use the flashlight app on your phone.
