The location near the station is excellent, the staff are very welcoming, the room is spacious, and the hotel restaurant offers great value for money.

The female staff helped me during the booking, but during the first night of a multiple‑night stay, the cold at night was an issue, and asking for heating the next night was difficult because the system was set all at once; they said blankets were available (probably a hotel policy). The temperature in Kanazawa that day hit a high of 24 °C, a low of 13 °C, and was 18 °C at 10 pm, so having only air‑conditioning seemed insufficient. I had to cover myself with a blanket and work at the desk, and a couple in the elevator mentioned it was cold yesterday, showing a lack of hospitality.
