Communication is zero; we sent 10 messages and only got a reply after 10 hours. They never told us how to get into the hotel at the last minute, we called 10 times and then they returned.

The room was gorgeous and the bed super comfy; we only stayed for one night to be near the airport. The staff arranged a 5 am taxi that arrived on schedule and got us to the airport in just 10 minutes. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer!
