We had a magnificent view of the lake, the hotel is very well decorated with a nice bar, a lovely terrace and a very nice spa area. The front of the hotel isn’t very pretty at first because of a large building wall, especially at the back, but inside it’s very beautiful. There is no parking, but we found a free parking spot 5 minutes walk away.

Nice, simple hotel typical of a ski resort. Not really our thing because the location isn’t our thing either, otherwise a fine hotel.

Top location, central is almost impossible to beat, very friendly staff, nice room with lake view. The price‑performance ratio is almost unbeatable! Nothing to complain about. You get what you order. The rooms are freshly renovated.

The setting was nice, but the food quality was average, and we had to pay for meals and breakfast right away; the breakfast wasn’t self‑serve.

We booked two rooms for our family of four, hoping they’d be close together, yet they were four floors apart; the first room was lovely with a nice 5th‑floor view of the lake, while the second, on the first floor and meant for wheelchair users, had a curtain‑only shower that flooded the whole bathroom when used; aside from that, the hotel was clean and the lobby restaurant saved us time looking for dinner.
