The hotel was special, blending old and new wonderfully; the staff were extremely attentive and made us feel “welcome”; the location was very central, and once you open the large entrance gate you find yourself in a beautiful garden with a pool—truly dreamy! The only downside is that the way to the hotel goes through the old town center, which can be quite demanding.

The property was exquisite—a real gem in the rough! It doesn’t have valet or a pool bar, but it offers the most unique experience possible; the location is perfect, the setting is amazing, and it’s an old monastery turned guesthouse. I’d definitely book again, and with only eight rooms everything was great.
