“It was a good place to stay but I wouldn't return”
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but after paying online I was hit with an extra motel booking fee.

The staff were okay, but the mattress was hard, there was a huge gap at the bottom of the main door, and a door that seemed to attach to the neighboring room—odd, especially since it wasn’t strong and could be kicked in. They scanned my ID and made a copy, which felt creepy for a hotel. The bathroom door had cut‑outs so it wouldn’t get stuck on the toilet, which was strange. No shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, or lotion—my last hotel had those. The hotel was hot and muggy, as was my room until I turned on the AC; it was 72°F when I entered, too warm for me, so I left it running for a few hours. The TV was angled off to the side of the bed instead of centered, and the main door wouldn’t shut unless I pushed hard until it clicked. Overall, it felt like an odd, slightly creepy place and I won’t stay again; the room was nowhere near the standard of my last cheap hotel, and I had an uneasy feeling the whole time.

The lobby was really cool, and there was nothing else to note.

I booked at $49 online, but when I arrived there were no rooms at that rate, so I had to scramble for accommodation. The hotel looks like it used to be nice but is now in awful condition. Breakfast and coffee were missing entirely, and at 10:00 pm I had to switch rooms because the TV was broken. The only bright spot was the on‑site manager, Wendy, who did everything she could with the limited resources. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

The atrium is full of lovely plants, but the building itself is 45 years old.
