The hotel sits in the center of Biarritz and is very easy to get to. The breakfast had many options and was tasty, though the coffee came from a cheap machine. We booked a slightly larger room for our dog and had stayed in an 18 m² room two years ago, so we expected the same. Instead we were given a 15 m² room, even though we could pick between the two sizes during booking, which was confusing because there was no guarantee of the room we chose. The room itself was in worse shape than before; the pillow felt like it had wood pieces inside and was very uncomfortable, so we couldn’t sleep well all night. The pillow definitely needs replacing, and even a cheap synthetic one would be better.
