We stayed here for one night before visiting Mount Bromo at sunrise. We booked a villa specifically for 5 adults, but when we arrived there were only beds for four people. After calling the property, they brought us an “extra bed”, which was simply a mattress on the floor. Even worse, at check-out they charged us extra for it, saying we should have known the villa was only for four guests. How could we have known when allowed us to book it for five adults? The listing even states that there are two sofa beds in the living room, but there were no sofa beds at all. If a villa is advertised and confirmed for five guests, proper sleeping arrangements for five should be included in the price. Very misleading and disappointing

The bed was great, but there was no hot water, the staff didn’t speak English, and there were no TV channels.

The location was very nice, but the pool was green and unusable, the night was very difficult with noise from disrespectful guests, and the hotel’s condition was very different from the photos seen when booking.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, but there was one major issue - the staff didn't help me with my luggage and offered no assistance. The room itself was also a letdown, but the staff's kindness made up for it.
