The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions, even calling a taxi for us when we left. The room didn’t match the pictures exactly, the closet doors were missing, and the balcony received almost no daylight.

The location was great and easy to reach from the station. The price‑quality ratio was fine. The only issue was that the coffee machine had no instructions on how to turn it on, so we couldn’t use it.

What I liked most was the location, close to the main station which is a key point and relatively near the center. For what you pay it’s very good, it’s clean. In my case, it was just for sleeping and showering, so I recommend it 100%. They also let you store your luggage at reception after check‑out so you can finish exploring Rome without carrying it around. The downside was the shortage of gel and that they only changed the towels on the last day of a five‑day stay. We had two beds; one was fine, the other was broken.

“I cannot recommend this place for the price.”

Checking in was easy and the location wasn't bad, but the apartment was pitch dark, dusty, and felt like a cave with old furniture; the noise from neighbors and the bathroom made it impossible to sleep, especially when someone showered; nobody answered my messages so I couldn't confirm the late check‑in time (though it eventually worked); we found the keys stuck in the door upon arrival; we couldn't leave our bags because the place is just an apartment, not a hotel or hostel; and the price jumped by 36 euros because of the city tax.

The place was about 15 minutes from the center and the location was fine; the staff were super friendly, we left our bags at reception before entering, and everything was great; however, there were a lot of odd noises at night from rooms above, some parts of the apartment were old, and although it was cleaned well, there were some damp spots that weren't a big deal.
