We were met with a very warm welcome and the staff stayed exceptionally attentive throughout our visit. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the restaurant food was excellent, and the location was perfect. We booked a certain package and it was a little confusing what was and wasn’t included in the price we paid, but everything was clarified clearly when we arrived.

The staff were great—friendly and accommodating. We stayed during a very hot period and had to keep the windows open; the fan was rattling, the road was surprisingly noisy all night, and the hotel’s light was right next to the window with airplanes flying overhead. Air‑conditioning would have solved all this. The door handles were all loose, and the shower seemed to leak.

The staff on arrival and for our first morning were exceptional. The person who took over for breakfast and checkout on Saturday was less organized and a bit vague, though still very pleasant. Breakfast on Saturday was not as organized as the previous day, and having a skylight instead of a window took some getting used to. It was a very hot period, and although the skylight was great, we had to close it when a storm threat appeared.
