“Short but sweet”
The escalators made moving around easy and helped locate everything quickly, eliminating elevator wait times; however, the online check‑in didn’t help at all, I still had to queue for a staff member to receive my key, and the bedsheets were placed over the mattress cover but not over the entire mattress, which seemed odd.
The bed was comfortable.
The room was large and the restaurants were good, but the noise outside was too loud.

Everything was great—comfortable, quiet, and the complimentary airport transfer was a bonus. The food was fantastic; the chippies from the burger café were the best I’ve had since Europe. The facilities were amazing, offering a wide variety of spaces, activities, food, and even a souvenir shop.

The food was really tasty and the location was close to Schiphol, but the hygiene was poor: strange dirty spots on the wall and the carpet was also dirty. The room itself wasn’t clean, and the shuttle bus didn’t show up because it apparently broke down, but that wasn’t communicated.
