The location is great for touring Modena and Bologna, and it’s not in the city. The downside is its proximity to the train station.

The accommodation was more than perfect, with an amazing welcome. We enjoyed a private tour of the balsamic vinegar production and a tasting. The house had been beautifully restored for us (the other room was vacant). It was absolutely quiet—no train noise as some reviews claim, only occasional planes, but not from Roissy. In short, it’s a must‑stay for anyone wanting to visit Modena or Bologna.

The stay was amazing with a perfect vibe. We got a guided tour of their balsamic attics, and the receptionist was really sweet about arranging it. Everything else was great.

I loved the property and Antica Moka, and I loved Modena. Everything was fantastic! Thanks! The distance from town was a bit of a downside—I’d have liked to cook. That’s being picky, but it was really peaceful and wonderful. Thank you!
