“Good value for money but wouldn’t stay there again.”
The location was solid, the kids loved the pool, and the Underground Bar was a hit. However, the restaurant staff fell short for a 5‑star hotel in Dubai, and the spa experience was downright awful.
“It was brilliant apart from the noise from the surrounding construction .”
Everything was great, except for the construction noise.
The rooms were perfect and breakfast was amazing; nothing else to add.
The staff were very friendly, the rooms were super clean, and every day the room was perfectly tidied.
The Filipina receptionist was incredibly kind and upgraded our room; we had a fantastic time in the lounge.
