The location works nicely if you’re attending a conference at the convention center, and the staff were friendly. The air‑conditioner initially didn’t work; it took a while to fix and they gave me a box fan. The sink and toilet had problems, and the room was only cleaned once.

The downtown spot is convenient. The toilet‑paper roll was missing, the freezer wouldn’t freeze, and most of the outlets in the room wouldn’t hold a plug – they just fell out.

We liked how spacious our room was; it felt airy and we slept so well. The only issue was that we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work, and by the morning it was starting to feel stuffy.

The location is good and comfortable, but the service is terrible and unsafe. They opened the car in the on‑site parking, a camera was directly above my vehicle and it didn’t work. It seemed likely that their own staff were involved in the theft and they didn’t even try to investigate. The security cameras didn’t work and the service was awful. It’s not a cheap place to stay and they still offer that level of service.

The location is central and within walking distance of the sights we wanted to see. The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that one of the lifts wasn’t working and the remaining two were incredibly slow.
