It’s a Moxy, so it feels like going to Starbucks—you know exactly what to expect. The shuttle is nice and convenient, and breakfast was pretty decent. The shuttle costs five euros per person to ride from the hotel to the airport… it should be free.

The reception is open 24/7, the breakfast is great, and the staff are very helpful. I had nothing to complain about.

The bar in this four‑star hotel claims to be open 24/7, yet by 23:30 they stopped serving anything, left me waiting for ages while staff ignored me, and kept pouring beer for other guests. After repeatedly asking, I finally got a glass of wine about an hour later, and even then it was served with a hint of indifference. Sad!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. I was disappointed that there were no hot drink facilities in my room – I liked that they were available in the lobby, but I didn’t want to get dressed first thing in the morning just to get a cup of tea.
