The location was very good because I was close to the event. The shower was very good, but the bed mattress was very bad. Aside from that, it was a good stay. The mattress could be a bit better, I think the expiration date may have passed, but it's something I would consider working on.

I was impressed by the overall service, especially a few staff members who were genuinely excellent. The location is great, parking is convenient, and the shower works well. Breakfast was decent. When I requested a fresh set of sheets on the second day, the housekeeping team responded enthusiastically and delivered spotless, fragrant linens. The building feels a bit old, but everything in room 306 is functional: the AC and heater work fine. I do have a few complaints: I asked for a blanket through the app before check‑in, but none was in the room when I arrived, and the sheet had a stain—maybe oil or something—that I didn’t bother to note because I was tired. The room lacks blackout curtains, and the TV isn’t smart, so I couldn’t expand the channel list. The pillow was too low and soft. The bathroom had a rug only near the shower, and the sink leaked at the bottom, so an extra one would have helped; there was also no trash bag, but a kind staff member added one after I mentioned it and also performed a thorough cleaning, changing the sheets and rug. On the second day’s breakfast, I was asked whether I wanted chocolate or milk coffee; I chose chocolate, but they served milk coffee instead, and only one dish was offered for two people, which seemed pointless. Despite these issues, the staff’s responsiveness and friendliness made the stay worthwhile.
