Everything was good.

The serenity and the response time from the front desk and restaurant were great, but the food menu and drinks are outdated.

The location was good and the staff were very good.

The room isn’t worth the price; the water heater isn’t working, the fridge in room 107 isn’t working, and the room lacks fumigation, plus the toilet facility, fridge, water heater, and mosquito bites were all problematic.

Nothing, am never going to that hotel again. When they put their price of the hotel room online, when you get there, they will show you another price, which means they are scam because they know once you arrive at the hotel you have no choice than to pay the price they tell you
