The staff, food, calm and restful surroundings, and the welcoming Moroccan hospitality—always smiling, always attentive—made our stay unforgettable. A renovation of the walls in the accommodation would be a welcome improvement.

Staying at this hotel less than half an hour from Marrakech’s centre was fantastic: every staff member greeted me warmly and was very helpful, the property was spotless and fully deserved its five‑star rating, the rooms were roomy and well equipped, the pool looked stunning, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the lunch and dinner options were of excellent quality; I especially want to thank Faïssal, the manager, who met all my requests in record time, and I’ll gladly return.

The pool was a highlight, as was the whole team—from receptionist Faysal to the chefs, guards, bartender, and maintenance staff. The continental breakfast was spot‑on and tasty, the peace was welcome, and seeing a horse wander the garden added a nice natural touch. However, housekeeping was only superficial, towels were taken but never replaced, a dead cricket lingered for four days indicating the floor wasn’t cleaned, the shower overflowed into the hallway each time, and it showed lime deposits despite the high‑end fixtures. Moreover, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in our apartment at all.
