“On the whole good value for money majority of staff were lovelypool is good restaurant is good”

Lovely pool, most staff were excellent, but the safe in my room didn’t lock so I had to leave my passport on top of it until it was fixed the next day; the male receptionist was fairly unpleasant and I had to argue for a different room with a working safe, which was the only downside while the rest of the staff were great.

“Fabulous 2nd stay”

We loved everything about our 3‑night stay at Tirta Sari; the staff were exceptional, the meals delicious, and since we had stayed there in 2019 it was an easy choice to come back.
