Breakfast was a mess: a slice of cheese, a few thin slices of zucchini and tomato, and single‑serving packets of butter, honey, and hazelnuts. And the coffee—what a letdown!

The location’s great, just a short walk from Galata Tower, and the bed was comfy. The fridge didn’t work and nobody came to fix it even after I mentioned it several times. Breakfast was very basic—just bread, eggs, and a few veggies.

The only thing that’s pleasant is the location, close to Taksim, Galata, and many Istanbul attractions. For the high price, the service was disappointing. Breakfast was awful every day, and I had booked five nights, which was a real hassle for me and my wife. The low‑quality breakfast was repetitive and unhealthy. The elevator was out for 24 hours, the stairs were tight, and mosquitoes in the room made it impossible to sleep. The breakfast area was cramped, and the front‑desk manager set a TV on one of the tables, which was annoying. I really felt like I wasted my money on a disastrous stay, especially since I’ve stayed at other hotels at the same price that were high quality. The room itself was tiny and unremarkable.
