The location was great and the park was beautiful, but it didn’t look well maintained. No staff were on duty, so I had to check in myself. The hot‑water unit and air conditioner wouldn’t turn on from the switches outside, so we had no heating or hot water on the first night and felt the cold at 3 °C. In the morning I went out, switched them on, and everything worked fine.

We were thrilled with the spot and the wood fire, everything we needed was there, but the front desk never opened; we could still get wood fired by calling the after‑hours number.

The Wombat cabin was amazing—quiet, far from the campers, with a comfy bed and a peaceful porch; absolutely fabulous!

I loved the cabin and the hotel's location, it was really great. But, I wasn't too thrilled about the front desk being unmanned most of the time, and I had some trouble communicating with the staff. Still, it was a nice place to stay, I just wish they could sort out those communication issues.
