The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful for our stay. Amine and Mohammad were great at helping us figure out good activities, places to eat, and travel accommodations. Mohammad even helped us to our final pick up location when leaving to go back to the airport. He helped us with luggage, as my son only us one functioning arm at the moment!. You could hear the conversations from downstairs, but we were happy listening to music

The property and boats were amazing, and the staff were very nice, helpful, and always ready to assist. The Wi‑Fi in the rooms was very slow, making video calls or streaming impossible.

The riad was absolutely wonderful, a true oasis just two steps from Jemaa el‑Fna, quiet in a very tranquil neighbourhood, and the staff were genuinely exceptional – huge thanks to Muhammed and Malika for being an amazing duo and a special shout‑out to Hamza, a caring, kind‑hearted young man with extraordinary generosity. Their humility taught us a lot and made our stay unforgettable. The cleanliness, the location and the friendliness of the whole staff.
