“Typical Pakistani staff attitude and tricking methods.”

They tricked me until my arrival; I immediately confirmed the room specs after booking and they assured me of all that, but after arrival they just gave me a cold shoulder, so I had to cancel and arrange another stay through Airbnb in an emergency; they didn't bother to comfort me or deal with my concern, not recommend at all, and they had committed to give me a ground‑floor room because my guest couldn't climb stairs and they confirmed this through app messages, and I have screenshot proof that I sent to customer service.
