The room was clean. I accidentally left a necklace I received as a birthday present from my son in the room when I checked out, and by the evening I realized it was missing. When I called, the staff replied that it was gone in a very casual way, which felt dismissive. They said they would call back after searching, but no one ever did. Of course, I was at fault for losing it, but the whole experience left me feeling quite upset.
The stay was truly flawless and unforgettable! The room was comfortable and clean, and the hot spring and steam room were great. The best surprise was the dinner time: the staff kindly brought a beautifully decorated dessert with a birthday card and even a fairy wand! That unexpected touch made us feel the hotel’s care and warmth. Thanks to all the staff for their thoughtful hospitality; I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Uji Onsen or celebrating a birthday!
