The service levels were excellent, the staff were friendly and willing to help, and the rooms were perfect.
The room was comfortable, and the facilities and food were amazing.
The food at the restaurants was also excellent, and I loved the attention to detail in the flower arrangements and music settings throughout the hotel.

We’ve lived in Bangalore, so we’d already dined and had breakfast at The Leela Palace, but this was our first overnight stay and it was absolutely mesmerizing and nostalgic. A small hiccup with the room assignment was fixed quickly and professionally by Mr. Akshay at the front desk, setting a great tone for the rest of the visit. The property itself feels like a royal romance, yet it was the staff that truly lifted the experience to cloud nine. Housekeeping, led by Mr. Rahen with Ms. Syllari, Ms. Batriti and Mr. Arewanki, kept our room spotless and well maintained. Mr. Mohit, the Executive Butler, and his team pampered us in the lounge and restaurants with top‑tier service. Every person we met went above and beyond with warmth, politeness and world‑class hospitality. Thanks to the whole Leela team, we’re already eager for our next stay!
